In quarantine and gyms are closed....no problem... @innovativekickboxing has been keeping me accountable and motivating us all to keep with our goals and progress...their zoom workouts have been awesome and I love that I'm still seeing progress! So I wouldn't usually post a before/after picture because it's definitely not the easiest thing to do, but after starting the 6 week challenge and continuing the at home 21 day challenge, I have come up with before and after pictures for the 6 weeks! I've lost a total of 10 pounds and I know this is only the beginning! I love the workouts, meal plans, accountability and the lifestyle changes I've made during this process so much and I'm proud of how far I've come in what now seems like a quick 6 weeks! Can't wait to continue to stay accountable and kick ass the next 6 weeks 😊 💪🏻

Hello my FITFAM!!! Ok so I am not a huge fan of pictures BUT this one is huge!!! I can't even express how amazing I feel. I have lost a middle school aged child!! My co-workers and very good friends did this for me. They want me to stop and see my progress ( really see my progress). Although, I know I have had success and have reached small goals, I also wanna keep my head in the game for the goals I still need to reach. I am forever grateful for my Rockstar Kickboxing family and their continued support ♥♥ It has been an amazing year and 3 months with you guys!!! I am not going anywhere 🥰

I completed my 6 week challenge last Tuesday - I started out strong and fizzled a bit since quarantine started. I do better w being at the gym but I'm committed to making a lasting change in my health and appearance.
I lost 10.6 pounds during the 6 weeks, I lowered my A1C so I am no longer pre-diabetic, I've found a new passion with kickboxing. I love it! And while I despise photos, especially the before/ after type - here are mine. Can't wait to compare the after to the next "after" when #missionfitpossible is complete. #42daychallenge #covid19relief

Christmas vs Easter this year. It's like the 100th time I've been on the weight loss journey but I can feel this time will stick.

I started my journey at rockstar kickboxing in November 2019 and in the last 5 months I've transformed my body in ways I never imagine I could. This is me now 15 pounds lighter, bunches of inches smaller, and 💯 percent stronger! Thank you to ALL the instructors for the love and support throughout this whole process. They helped guide me through the workouts, nutrition, supplements and most importantly positive encouragement to keep consistent, which I truly believe is the key! 🔑😁

When I first joined rockstar I was so nervous and unsure of myself. My first day was crazy, nerve racking, and the best decision I’ve ever made. Three years later, I still crush it at rockstar and am so impressed with the new bag rounds, workouts, and coaches. You walk out of class feeling so empowered and strong, ready to crush the day ahead of you. I think back to my first day and say, “where would I be today if I didn’t sign up?” I’ve learned how to eat properly and meal prep, take care of my body and lose weight. If you’re thinking about trying it, just do it! You absolutely won’t regret it!! I signed up for a membership after my first class (as so many people do). Every single one of the coaches is so enthusiastic and they love pushing you to reach your goals. The party-like atmosphere with uplifting and amazing music is like no other. I have been a member of Rockstar Kickboxing for almost 2 years now. It is truly one of the best gyms I have ever joined. The coaches and the members are amazing. Rockstar Kickboxing is not only an amazing facility but an encouraging family of coaches and workout warriors! I started going two years ago and didn’t even know how to plank, let alone how to roundhouse kick or punch. The program has built-in accountability which helps me stick to my class schedule and I’ve seen the results from my consistency. I’m now stronger, leaner, more confident and I feel so much healthier. I never leave disappointed - the classes are always challenging yet fun. The variety of class times fits in to my schedule perfectly as a working mom. I've been coming to Rockstar for several months and I cannot find anything negative to say about this place. The classes are fun and engaging - the coaches really want you to succeed in your fitness goals, which is something you won't find at most gyms. You are encouraged to push yourself without feeling pressured to keep up with the person next to you. Other than those extra pounds, you've got nothing to lose!

Rockstar kickboxing rocks! They are welcoming, helpful, they take tome tome to show you how to do things instead of letting you do it the wrong way. They are super nice and the studio is very clean and sanitized. I stopped going for a few weeks and they called me and texted me and showed how much they care and to get me back. I recommend this 110% they are the best around!
